Project 365.210 – Menagerie

There is a pile of sand creatures, mostly collected by my partner, in our bedroom. Today I moved them to their new home on the shelf of our Billy CD Rack.

Project 365.209 – Burn

This is the lid on my cast iron casserole dish after 5 hours in the oven, filled with braising lamb neck. It’s been a while since I did a more abstract colour based shot and I thought the patterns were really unique and interesting.

Project 365.208 Hanging Basket

Today we went to breakfast at one of those chain pubs which always seems to inhabit nice old buildings. Hermit Pubs as it were.

Project 365.206 – Organised Chaos

Project 365.205 – Measure

It may not look like much, but this little tape measure has a lot of memories for me. I played a lot of tabletop games needing one with my dad when I was a kid. It just tends to sit around now being unused though.

Project 365.203 – Staircase

This is another of those funny things you walk past but never to. I never have any cause really to go down the road on which I found this shot, but I found myself wandering around there and now I wonder why I haven’t until now.

Project 365.202 – Fretwork

I know it’s strictly not fretwork, rather it’s a locked and chained gate, but it reminded me of decorative fencing, but a rougher take on it.

Project 365.201 – Bristles

The story behind this is simple. At half 10, after a day at work and a lazy evening I didn’t have a photo so I asked my mum for ideas. She said ‘a hairbrush’ so that’s what this is.
