On this day I went to Hanbury Hall and found the only angle from which I could photograph it without any of the scaffolding on the front being visible. (It’s behind the tree).

Honestly, there are so many random and pleasing ornaments in my house, it’s only natural that I would find nice close ups of them. Also it contrasts to the number of plants I have snapped so far, because this leaf is metal.

Project 365.153 – China

The dresser in my dining room has all sorts of random, unusual ornaments on it, and mostly from Japan, which was my parents’ honeymoon destination many years ago. I have always liked the patterns on these cups, not ever used but I like them all the same.
