I have been a huge fan of Snow Patrol for years and when their new album came out this year after a 7 year wait, I was SO excited. So much so that I got it on pre-order and it came with this signed print of the cover!

Project 365.188 – Remnants

So a few weeks ago I posted a photo of some I’ll timed flowers in bloom. They’d been planted by my mother, not in anticipation of the recent snow, and now they are a shell of what they used to be.

Project 365.184 – The clean up

There is so much snow again, but it seems like it’s stopped. Back to shovelling then…

Project 365.182 – Wisp

This snow is really weird. I don’t remember seeing it quite like this before. It’s very dry, almost sandy and it gets blown about by the wind. There’s a lot of wind. On the road it looks like waves.

Project 365.181 – More Snow

Oh my gosh, I can’t quite believe there’s been as muh as this this winter, it’s be inconveniently wonderful.

Project 365.180 – Brown, White, Green

It’s started snowing again, and perhaps I am over the inconvenience of it now, and I am actually appreciating it a bit more for what it looks like and the atmosphere it brings.

Project 365.165 – Zigzag

I never see anyone sitting on them, and I honestly doubt anyone does. But hey, why do they have to be functional? This photo of them isn’t functional, but it’s nice.

Project 365.159 – Powder

The last remnants of winter’s hold are slowly being pushed out of the season by spring. But still a flurry of snow, the last hurrah, falls forth from the sky and scatters powder onto the plants and pavements.

Project 365.118 – Greenfield

It is unfortunate that the land pictured will soon be torn up. The barn will be demolished and soulless,yet necessary housing will be built there. It snowed today, which is not something which happens to this extent every year, in this part of the country. I made sure I went to get a picture of this area before it’s too late to. 

Project 365.103 – Melt

It’s the last of it. Most likelyou it’ll be all if not mostly gone by the weekend. I have had a lucky couple of days off work, but now I will be back there, and no longer able to enjoy the snow during daylight.
